Hi, I’m Leslie Mack…

I’m a systems-thinking UX designer at Cricut who helps teams navigate complex, thorny product problems. I’ve also supported UX teams across verticals such as e-commerce, automotive, and fintech by breaking down complex design problems and helping designers do their best work in an authentic, inclusive environment.

Outside of work, I’m drawn to the outdoors, which fuels how I think about clarity, resilience, and designing for real-world use.
