Code Name omni

This tool allows dealership employees to locate and find vehicles that are right for their lot, while also giving the best choices and profit objectives to aide in those searches. I was responsible for the design, research, and working with product owners to create the best native app for both iOS and Android.

Pros

This work allowed me to prototype and test a very intricate application that is based on a very extensive desktop application. I was able to work with our product owner and dealers to implement the best possible outcome. 

Cons

With heavy data comes heavy responsibility. Outlining our user personas has been no easy task and integrating with some of the other software our company offers has been troublesome from a user perspective. 

Ultimately, this app was well received by our dealers. It allowed them to find specific vehicles they wanted to purchase either at auction or from anywhere. They can create buy lists that they can easily view in  our online live auction tool and most importantly they can scan VINs and pull up live data at auction.
